INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION​

The Interior Construction team works together to create customizable, sustainable, and architectural interior solutions to fit our client’s business needs and integrate seamlessly into their work environments.

CBI partners with Falkbuilt, an off-site manufacturing interior construction company that is pioneering Digital Component Construction. Falkbuilt follows the same on-site building process used in conventional construction but with far fewer materials, a faster schedule, and virtually no waste on the job site. Unlike drywall, which always ends up in the garbage, Falkbuilt’s solution can be re-purposed. Our partner manufactures digital components in the factory and delivers them onsite for a fast, efficient, and clean installation. We have endless design options, infection control, and superior acoustics. We serve commercial, educational, healthcare, government, and retail markets. 

FURNITURE SOLUTIONS​

CBI’s unique interior solution process is quite simple in concept; however, it requires discipline, structure, and total commitment to execute flawlessly. Based on constant engagement, our MillerKnoll partnership, and exceptional execution, our process pairs you with a personal sales consultant and project manager, who are engaged from the concept of the project through punch completion. The project manager is responsible for specifying your product, developing project timelines, creating project binders, ordering products, tracking orders, coordinating installation, and ensuring all punch-list items are completed in an expeditious manner. The sales consultant will oversee every aspect of the project, remain actively involved throughout, and has the overall responsibility to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
